Recently, the first work conference of the Committee ofVirtualSimulationExperimentalTeachingInnovationAlliance in medical field was established and held in Changsha. More than 200 experts from 76 universities participated in the meeting. Ouruniversity was selected as a memberunitof Pharmaceutical Professional Unit of Medical Work Committee of Virtual Experimental Teaching Innovation Alliance,Vice President Professor Feng Health had been elected as the head of the member units.
TheVirtualSimulationExperimentTeachingInnovationAlliance is organized andfounded by Tsinghua University under the guidance of the Department of Higher Education fromMinistry of Education. It is composed of colleges and universities, relevant enterprises and institutions and experts. Under the guidance of the Department of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education, the Alliance carries out the research, consultation, guidance, evaluation and service of virtual simulation experiment teaching. Tsinghua University is the first president unit of the Alliance, and Central South University is one of the vice president units of the Alliance.They had ledtothe formation of the Alliance Medical Field Working Committee. Huazhong University of Science and Technology and China University of Pharmaceutical Sciences are the head units of pharmacy specialty. Our University and 20otheruniversities such as Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Sichuan University, Zhejiang University, Fudan University, Zhongnan University and Shandong University are member units.
The successful enrollment of our university into pharmaceutical professional member units will greatly promote the exchange and cooperation of virtual simulation experiment teaching among various member units. For a long time, ouruniversity has attached great importance to the construction of virtual simulation experimental teaching resources. TheSchool ofPharmaceutical, relying on the platform of National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Henan Virtual Simulation Experimental Teaching Center of Traditional Chinese Medicine, has cultivated two national virtual simulation experimental teaching projects for two consecutive years in 2017 and 2018.
