On November 13, 2018, High-level Talents Seminar of Zhongjing Scholars Held in the School of Pharmacy in BN236. Zhang Xiaoping, the member of the Party Committee and the vice-president of the university, Chen Suiqing, the responsible person of the Personnel Department, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Pharmaceutical College, Zhu Jianguang, president of the College, directors of teaching and research centers of all disciplines and high-level talents attended the meeting.
At the meeting, the high-level talents of the Pharmaceutical College raised questions about the practical difficulties encountered in the granting of starting funds for scientific research and household expenses, postgraduate enrollment, project cooperation, publication of papers, and school enrollment of their children. While welcoming the teachers, the directors of teaching and research centersof all disciplinesexpressed their support for the work of high-level talents and their good service and cooperation. They also expressed their doubts about the teaching tasks and assessment of high-level talents in practical work. Zhu Jianguang said that he expected teachers to change their roles from passive service to active thinking, actively communicate with subject directors, and at the same time, the Pharmaceutical College would provide support for high-level talents in teaching and scientific research, so that teachers could integrate into the subject as soon as possible.
