In order to continues to push and deepen medical education coordination, improve the educational teaching level and comprehensively improve the quality of education, On October 18, 2018, a joyful day of the 60th anniversary of the university, the symposiumon on the integration of clinical practice and teaching was held successfully at the teaching and experiment composite building, conference room BS605.Vice president Feng weisheng, dean's office and heads of three directly affiliated hospitals and nine indirectly affiliated hospitals attended the symposium which was presided over by vice president Feng weisheng.
During the symposium,vice president Feng weishengfirst expressed gratitude and extended welcome for the arrival of the affiliated hospitals on behalf of the school's party and administrative departments leaders together with all faculty and students. He briefly introduced the development process and remarkable achievements of the school over the past 60 years, revolving around specialty construction, talents training mode reform, practical teaching, teaching material construction and construction of teaching informatization. The attendees scrambled to speak out freely and sent the most sincere blessings and the best wishes to our university. Suggestions, which centered around teacher training base, platform construction, in-depth cooperation and practice management, were put forward to further strengthen the integration of medical education and late clinical teaching,
During thesymposium, president Xu erping visited all the delegates,extending welcome and gratitude for their presence. He pointed out that the development of the university is inseparable from the support, cooperation and assistance of the affiliated hospitals.He hopes that on one hand, the participants will give more suggestions; and on the other hand, the two sides will have further strengthened contacts and exchanges, conducting in-depth cooperation in talent cultivation, scientific research so as to realize the medical education coordination, win-win cooperation and jointly promote the development of HUCM.
In his summary speech, Vice president Feng weisheng expressed thanks to the affiliated hospitals. The valuable opinions and suggestions put forward by the affiliated hospitals would be carefully sorted out and implemented. He pointed out that in the future work, the university will further strengthen exchanges and cooperation with affiliated hospitals. His remarks also call for both sides to make concerted efforts to comprehensively improve the quality of clinical teaching in the later stage, making new contributions to the revitalization and development of TCM so as to add color to the rising of the central plains.
