The International Cooperation Office of Henan University of TCM is an executing department in implementing policies concerning foreign affairs and coordinating international exchange and cooperation affairs. Its main duties include: drafting the development plan of the international cooperation and exchange of the university; governing, coordinating and handling foreign affairs of the university; receiving foreign visitors; drafting, handing in and implementing the touring plan of the university; submitting, authorizing and governing the personnel aboard and in charge of the approval of passports and visas; selecting, coordinating and governing the personnel of inter-school exchange and dispatched personnel of various cooperating items, authorizing the holding of the international conferences, governing the applying and permitting the cooperative education between Chinese and foreign countries, accepting the donations of oversea organs and personnel and performing them; employing and governing foreign experts on arts and education.
